Smart Hub 6 Ethernet connectivity

Turned off UPNP nothing... went on a hunch... port one, xbox connects although restricted..

Ports 2 3 and 4 dont work when connecting the xbox, so im either missing something on the Smart hub or it knackered.. Calling BT

Ran a factory reset on both the router and Xbox and this appears to have resolved the issue.. was the strangest think but now everything is connecting fine .
