Have an issue with the Smart Hub 6 in that it seems to keep rebooting, we get connection for about 3 to 4 minutes then it drops out and cycles through the lights. We have tried to access the admin web portal but keep getting no connection message. We have also tried factory reset which seems to have no effect (light does not go out). This is the second time in a week and BT are being their usual useless selves by not sending an engineer until Wednesday.

It does sound like a faulty HH6, as there appear to be a number with hardware failures.
Its a good idea to check your phone line first.
Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
Exactly the same problem here. Using a hh5 for now which is fine, so obviously a major hh6 issue.
I got mine replaced, will take 2 days for the replacement to come.
In the meantime i am using an apple airport express and i can now connect to the internet.
I think this may be a bug in the bt smart hub. must have been something to do with that extra second added before new years.
