Re: Smart Hub (HH 6) Type B

I am wondering how you have come to this conclusion,  "HH6 Type A - which clearly does not work on my connection. Grrrrrrrrr. THEY MUST KNOW THIS !"

If your broadband was dropping out and not just the wireless signal, it is more than likely a line fault or a fault with your master socket connection. I suspect you will be back with the same problem shortly.

Re: Smart Hub (HH 6) Type B

I have used a hh6a since launch without any problems as has many other customers. I agree with @gg30340 more likely a line fault or master socket fault
