I've got a ZP100 connected wired and then using the sonosnet etc like you. Don't have any issues on either the HH5 or the new HH6. Not sure if this helps at all. Are there any updates to the Bridge software?
Do you still need the Bridge? I seem to remember something like this
where Sonos did an update to negate the need for one.
no, didn't need to do anything on the HH6 for Sonos. I do wonder though if Sonos have dropped any update support for the Bridge now they have a wireless solution?
I'll double check the HH6 when I have it back on my system. Have problems with it and big uploads at the moment so back to HH5
I'm assuming you have the bridge connected wired to the Hub? Have you tried another product in place of the Bridge?
Can you connect another product wired to see if that works and can then prove that it's a Bridge issue (or not)?
Update on this - I now have it working fully, with wired connection for sonos and SonosNet. Now up and stable for over 24 hrs.
What I did:
All working like a charm now. It has never worked for me from day one of the Smart Hub, so pretty hopeful this means it is all solved.
Best of luck! Let me know if this solves it for you 🙂
So it sounds as if you are using a completely factory reset configuration, with the only change from factory settings being the 2.4ghz channel set to 11. Is that correct? Did you change the default SSID and password, or just use the ones that come as default on the HH?
