For the past three days, our WiFi keeps dropping off. We have had the Smart Hub for quite a while and regularly had Sky, PlayStation 4 and 3 iPhones all up and running at the same time. There has been no change to the service of any equipment but now even though the hub is working the internet drops off, I’ve tried doing what BT suggested with no luck, I even turned off Sky and had only 2 iPhones connected and it still happened. I contacted BT again and they are being really unhelpful!! Has anyone any ideas please?
