Smart Hub update after contacting CEO office

Well I moaned about having 3 smart hubs and and pm WiFi ethernet and connection all freezing up over 2 months and told them people seem to be getting better luck with October updates. I asked them if they could get the firmware pushed out and gave them my serial numbers etc for the smart hub. Now running October 31st firmware. SG4B10002236. So it's not a matter of you get it when you get it. If yours isn't working email BT CEO and complain. I asked for the update and Emma and Martin contacted the engineering team to get it sorted. Works perfectly now.
