Smart bulbs not connecting on the Smart hub 2

Hi, so i just got some new smart bulbs and i tried to connect them to the smart life app where it just wont connect, i have turned off my 5ghz on the router settings but i still get the same error, also smart setup is off. I just dont know what to do at this point.

Is there anything in this earlier topic that might help? Granted it is over a year old but may be useful.
