Hello   I have carried out a wifi analyser test and note that my sh2 is operating 5ghz on channel36 as is my SKY Q mesh and other nearby networks.  If I manually change frequency in router of 5ghz band I believe this switches off the smart bit of the router?  What are the repricusions of this please?

The so called smart wireless functionality allegedly selects the optimum channels. It rarely does and manual selection of channel is often better
