Up until last week our wifi signal was excellent across all devices being used in the house. Then suddenly a number of devices cannot find the wifi, but the strange thing is some can and still have an excellent signal. BT have tested the line and all looks ok and now saying it's not their problem. I've tried the reset button, different channels and renaming the 2.4 and 5 bands, but nothing has worked.
There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the devices not working - PC/desktop not working, laptop next to it is fine. Freesat box not working, wifi printer not working, XBox working, Apple iphone not working, Android phone working

If it was only a "soft" reset that you did you could try ONE factory reset of the Homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.
After it restarts make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Homehub.

Had done a reset, but not with the smart set up switched off.
