Sonos system and WiFi interference

Hi I have Sonos Connect Amps which have worked fine for some years but recently I have had audio dropouts which I am told is due to WiFi interference which could be from my devices or even the neighbours. One of the solutions from Sonos is to change the 2.4GHz Wifi Channel Bandwidth from 40Mhz to 20MHz but I cant see how this can be done on a BT Smart Hub 2.

 

I have already tried switching from Smart Channel select and tried Ch 1, 6 or 11 without success!

Has anyone else experienced a problem with Sonos WiFi interference when using the Smart Hub 2 and had success in fixing it? Thanks for any response.
