Strange issue I'm having with Hub 5.

Since about two days ago I've been having this strange issue that has now happened on 3 or 4 occasions. What happens is that some devices can connect wirelessly to the hub, but some others can't, and the only solution is restarting the router. For example, my phone and the sonos are able to connect, but my PC is unable to, it picks up the signal but when I try to connect to it it says 'Can't connect to this network'. The same thing happened on my laptop, and also happened to my Dad's PC. I've never had anything like this happen to me before, but my assumption is that it has something to do with the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, I think that sometimes somehow the 5GHz band stops working but the 2.4GHz band still works fine, it's the only thing I've noticed in common with all the devices that it affects. Any suggestions? The only permanent solution I could think of was getting a new router.

Have you tried a full factory reset using the recessed button rather than just restarting the hub?
