I might have a look into that as well actually. So if I wanted to turn off interleaving would I have to call up BT to get them to turn it off?
BT have no control over interleaving on VDSL, it all automatically handled by DLM.
Ah I see, and I'm guessing there is no way to change how the DLM handles it?

No.
Well that's dissapointing haha. Why would this be the case though? Looking on Zen's site you can actually opt out of interleaving: https://support.zen.co.uk/kb/KnowledgebaseArticle.aspx?articleid=10539. I would assume as they are using the Openreach network this option would also be available to BT customers?
No, it says below. Note:- BT can do it on ADSL.
NOTE: interleaving can not be applied/changed on the legacy fixed-rate services Home 500/1000/2000 and Office 500/1000/2000, or on Fibre Optic Broadband products.
Ohhhh I see, gotcha, didn't see that bit haha. Oh well, I'll just pray to the internet gods that the line stays stable.
Hi
I have the same issue, and I am not gaming. You have exchanged a lot of posts. Did you find any cure for this problem please? Your help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
