Surface pro can't connect again, after removal from device list

For some silly reason I had a clear out on http://192.168.1.254/basic_-_my_devices.htm removing everything that has been connected in the past except for what I know is still being used.. Except I also removed my surface pro. Now it simply will not connect again as if removal from that list is a ban action. I expected it would just require a reinsert of password when trying to connect but no.

any ideas ?

problem solved, it seems it was a time and date issue. although I am not sure. The only other difference is I was in another room. Sorted now.
