I switched from Sky to BT Infinity on 18.11.2016. I have the BT Smart Hub. I am unable to get my Swann security camera working. When I first set it up on my BT broadband it was not streaming. I spoke at length with Swann tech support and we changed the port settings etc. It still did not work. Now all ports are closed.
I need my securty camera to work! Please help!
