Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post.
Sorry that you are having problems with your connection, that's one of the worst looking Ping Plotter graphs I have seen in a while.
I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team so that we can take a look into this for you.
BT kindly put me on a priority connection at start of week and it seemed to solve all my problems.
My pingplotter graphs were excellent 30-50 ms ping, streaming was great and all online games worked perfectly.
My problems had been solved i thought.
Then on early Friday morning while i was asleep my village had a power outage (or several) and I woke up to orange flashing light on my router. I restarted the router and it connected.
When I got back from work i speedtested and ran a pingplotter graph and found my speed had dropped from 15mb to 10mb download and 0.7mb to 0.3mb upload. I also checked my router info and it appears my router had reconnected again during the day and this then happened later during the evening. Pingplotter showed return of spikes and packet loss.
So now not sure whether this was a result of the power cut or just my original problem coming back.
I enclose a picture of this mornings pingplotter,
