Every time we have thunder and lightning our internet the next day is always off and often after a couple of hours it comes back on, however after 2 days we still have no internet! There is no reported fault and people that live nearby have internet. We’ve tried resetting and using the hub manager via the computer but nothing seems to be working at all. Please help!
