The reason  I am reluctant to buy the router is I am not sure if it is just a problem with Tidal.

It happens at the same time every time on certain tracks. This indicated it is not packets of information dropoing out......but hey I havent got a clue really.

Tidal now just sweeping this under the carpet

It does seem like a Tidal issue, but you say it work on wireless without any problems, so it cannot be cause by them.

Yes it works on my portbale device. This is a wireless connection and I dont have any issues with the end of tracks.

On the odd iccasion it does drop out, but its rare.

 

If it is a Tidal issue the new router wont help. And it is only on ceratin albums. Others work fine

 

I have spent so much time trying to sort this issue.....it is so frustrating

One last question before I take the plunge on the new router

Is this a better router than the smart hub?

I am wary i cause other issues if I go for a new router as I run my own buisiness from home and no connection means no work gets done

Its a much simpler router, and seems to give less problems from the home hub in some cases.

 

As for running a business from home, you are breaking the BT Residential T&C by doing that.
