Trouble connecting to tv

I got a replacement bt smart hub. It has connected to phones, iPads, smart TVs etc but it won’t connect to the tv that has sky q on 

with my other bt smart box I had no problems connecting first time round

Thank you for posting. Can you try turning off Smart setup to see if that help.
