UPNP not showing green tick with synolgy DS 220 and FTTP so no external access

Hi cant get external access with my Synolgy ds220 as even though i open a port on my router it doesn't have the upnp next to it HELP

If you have manually forwarded a port, you should disable UPnP to avoid conflicts.
