You need to map a drive to \\192.168.1.254\usb1
OK I got there - the only option you need to select in Windows Features seems to be "SMB 1.0/CIFS Client" - the other two SMB options can be left off and then you can either map the drive to a drive letter using the option in File Explorer or you can enter \\192.168.1.254\usb1 in a browser and you will get access to the root folder as per file Explorer.
