I'm unable to connect to a specific site from any device connected to smart hub. I've flushed dns cache and all usual stuff. Problen is across all browsers on all devices.
However, if i connect via mobile network, O2, it works fine making me think it must be a local issue.

No issues connecting here.
Try switching your Smarthub off for 15 minutes and when you restart it it should have a new IP address and may be connected to a different server.
