Wondered if anyone had any ideas.
Today I am unable to work from home as cannot access my companies remote app URL via wifi (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT). Have accessed hundreds of times before, last successful yersterday afternoon.
Everything else broadband wise is working fine, can access all other websites on all devices, no problems at all, just this one URL.
So assume it is an issue with my company. However on our team there are 3 of us who cannot connect, all BT broadband users. 7 can connect all use a different ISP.
I have tried same URL on my phone, will not connect over wifi but will connect over mobile data.
PC will connect if I set up a mobile hotspot.
So i'm guessing could be something BT side. Tried tech chat and have been fobbed off.
Anyone having similar issues, or have any ideas?
Login to your MyBT account, and see if BT Web Protect is enabled. If it is, then disable it.
Thanks for the suggestion. It was turned on, so I turned it off but unfortunately I am still having the same problem.
