Unable to use SIP VOice Calls

Hi there,

I am unable to use Company supplied VOIP .  I  receivie a message saying Make sure SIP is allowed.I have reviewed the community and there are a number of related messages and I have attempted the following to fix , but still I am unable to use this.

  • Disable Parent Controls
  • Disable Web Address Help
  • REset Home Hub 5 (TYpe B)  Version:1.0   Software version v0.07.06.01239 - BT Last Updated 14/03/2017

Any help appreciated.
