Although I can update apps and install new apps over mobile data, if I do this at home using my wireless connection, i get an error 495 on the Playstore. Every connected device in the house gets the same error if using the wireless connection. I have spoken to the Broadband people and there is nothing wrong with my connection - also, my internet works fine, otherwise. I have made lots of changes as suggested by other forums but, as I can update over mobile data, I am now thinking that this is wireless secific. Any ideas, please?

@lotie100 Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting, do you have parental controls activated on your broadband connection? I've seen posts before were customers have problems with the play store caused by the parental controls restrictions.
