Upgrade from Home Hub 3 to latest Hub..5?

Hi, I have a Home Hub 3 and have lots of wireless devices connected 10+, plus a number of wired.  Recently it has started dropping wireless connection a lot (a few seconds every couple of minutes), although I don't think the Broadband itself drops as the lights stay on. It has been suggested to be that a more recent Home Hub may help, which I think is 5.  My question is, is there a way to pay a reduced fee to get an upgrade or to I have to buy a new one form the BT shop?

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

First thing to try is a factory reset of the homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. This can often solve problems.

If you want a HH5, and many people on this forum would advise against that, you could try contacting the Options Team on 0800.800.030 and if you re-contract you could make at a part of the new contract.
