I am a Bt Halo user who uses bt whole home discs to extend my network.
I am thinking about connecting a security camera to my whole home disc via a PoE ethernet switch. This would mean that it would be connected to Whole Home via the cable.
As my home security system is currently running entirely on my BT Halo wifi, it would seem prudent that any additional devices could be seen on the Halo network. Would a device, connected by ethernet cable to the whole home disc, be accessible on the parent Halo network?
