Using home broadband - when a BT cloud log-in windows appears and has no close window.

Hi, it’s driving me mad...

Using home broadband - when a BT cloud log-in windows appears and has no close window. It’s like it wants me to use my own broadband and WIFI but also use the Cloud Wifi, how do i get rid of this?
