Have you reset your hub?

I've just found a few threads on this community on this issue and a common theme (and solution) seems to be turning off Smart Setup. Click the link below for help on how to do so.

I turned smart set up off a couple of weeks ago. It has made no difference.

Yes just done it.
I'm trying to get some work done, so sticking with the Vodafone router at the moment.
I'll give it a go next Monday. Thankfully only working from home one day a week now.

Manged a whole day today, which is the 1st in a long time.

Perhaps the factory reset did the trick.

Managed all morning this morning. logged out for an hour for dinner, logged back on but connection only lasted 1/4 hour. can't connect, all I get is unknown error. 😟😠😡

Connect via my vodaphone 4G router & everything connects straight away.

Don't tell me this isn't something that BT is doing regarding the phone line. I wish there was a technical support network at BT that could explain.
