Have you reset your hub?
I've just found a few threads on this community on this issue and a common theme (and solution) seems to be turning off Smart Setup. Click the link below for help on how to do so.
Manged a whole day today, which is the 1st in a long time.
Perhaps the factory reset did the trick.

Managed all morning this morning. logged out for an hour for dinner, logged back on but connection only lasted 1/4 hour. can't connect, all I get is unknown error. 😟😠😡
Connect via my vodaphone 4G router & everything connects straight away.
Don't tell me this isn't something that BT is doing regarding the phone line. I wish there was a technical support network at BT that could explain.
