We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I use Forticlient VPN to connect to work and everything has worked fine but about three weeks ago it started to disconnect on a regular cycle, like every three/five minutes. It takes about thirty seconds for the connection to reestablish but this is becoming annoying. My place of work have tested their end, made sure i have the latest version of Forticlient and given the usual advice of turn it off/on again. Using BT Home I apparently have a good internet connection and general internet into the home has not been a problem. With a reduced number of options left to investigate i want to know if this is something local to my area. thanks

Make sure the BT Webprotect has not been activated on your account.
BT are in the process of activating it on customers accounts without asking if the customers wants it or not.
Log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" > Broadband > BT Web Protect.
Have you opted out of BT Web Address Help?
Are you connected using Wifi, or a direct Ethernet connection to the home hub?
Try a factory reset of the home hub.
Then turn off smart setup.
