Very slow broadband

How do I actually speak to someone about this? Been on the phone for over an hour (on three separate times). I'd use on online chat function too, but there doesn't seem to be one.  Sort it out please. Contract coming up for renewal.

What type of broadband connection do you have?

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
