Hello I can’t set my smart plugs up via the eFamilyCloud app since moving to BTs smart hub 2.
just won’t connect at all saying to check Wi-fi is 2.4 not 5
tried so many times but no luck is there a way of doing this
have you turned of smart setup
Try turning off the 5ghz network in the hub and then try and connect to the 2.4ghz network once connected then activate the 5ghz network and device should remain connected to 2.4 ghz
The smart hub 2 doesn’t let you switch off the 5ghz
there are no switches on it as far as I can see.
