WPA2 Password

Go to solution

Hi All

I am a new user to BT Infinity and am having problems with my Macbook, as a previous Sky user my Macbook would log on to the router without a problem, now on BT Infinity it asks for a WPA2 password everytime, to the point where I just end up using (cant remember what it is called!) wher you have to log in your BT account details as though you are in a cafe or something.

Everything else I have ipads, iphones etc work no problem, I have not set upo any passwords and just want the thing to connect as it did before with asking for the WPA2 password.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try turning Smart Setup off.

Also try separating and renaming the SSIDs.

This a particular problem with Apple devices.

Should be on the label stuck to the bottom of the hub. If not, connect via Ethernet and change it to something you can remember
