Yes but it's Okay as I've cancelled my contract with BT now as BT have said it's not them and it must be FBs ip address not connecting and I'm to contact them, along with the others, fed up with doing this doing that, nothing works l! And I have never had this problem with any other previous suppliers, but thank you for your help
