So i use a wesbiste to get Patches for my Line 6 Helix (its a guitar effects moddeller)
Its 100% genuine and legitimate!
When i try and click a patch whjile using BT it fails and tells me "internal server error" but as soon as i connect through my VPN with a UK ip it works just fine
BT must be blocking the website, a website owned by Line 6 , a huge company that has been operating for decades
Why BT , Explain ?
I can access the website without problem so it is not being blocked by BT.
Have you tried clearing your browsers cache and cookies?
Have you tried a different browser to see if it is a browser problem?
Accessing the website is not the problem,its as soon as i try to download a patch i get the errors
I have tried on Chrome/Firefox/Edge
All of them have had cache and cookies cleaned
but as soon as i connect to VPN it works as it should
Assuming there is not a problem with the download servers at Line6, it may be that the website/servers are blocking your IP address for some reason. Have you tried turning off your Homehub for 15 minutes and then restarting it. This should initiate and new IP address being issued to you.
