Ah, that's a BT business hub, not the residential hub, hence the confusion.
You still seem to be showing the VM SSIDs on the TV.
I suggest you delete or 'forget' them and the EE one and then try again.
The TV doesn't seem to have saved the manually added IP config.
I cant delete them as TV searches for them.
I did reset the TV settings twice but it did not work.
Try 192.168.1.254 for DNS now we know what the router is.
Didn’t work, getting the same message that make sure wireless network is powered on and try Turing on/off
Have you tried a factory reset of the BT hub per chance the wireless password has been changed from the one that is showing on the hub's label?
How do I do that? I did restart. Turned it off for five minutes
But then the other devices wouldn't have connected.
It looks as though the TV is connecting to the wifi but not getting an IP address. As the problem appears to be solely with the TV, it might be worth posting on the TV manufacturer's forum.

Press the recessed button for about 20 seconds until the lights flash.

A factory reset is done by pressing the red reset button on the rear of the BT Hub for about 30 seconds.
I have connected through hotspot and it got connected instantly.
is there any other options you are able to suggest?
