Hi, My Nokia 7.1 keeps losing wifi connection. I can't work out if it's my device, or my Hub.
Is there any way of telling? Thanks.
Try the Nokia at a different location?
Try another device at your location?
Check your phone to see if you have it set to select the strongest signal between your mobile and you internet wifi as that would cause drops as phone changes from one to the other
If you haven't already done it make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Homehub.
