Re: WiFi Dropping - Why?

Can you post hub stats. Advanced settings then technical log information

what wifi devices are connected?

Re: WiFi Dropping - Why?

Looking at stats the 2.4 and 5ghz networks have the same SSID so not split even though it is possible with hh6

you have good connection speed and from the 3.1db noise margin G.INP is active

Re: WiFi Dropping - Why?

I tried splitting and still had the same issue.

Is there a resolution? There doesn't seem to be a way to change channels.

Re: WiFi Dropping - Why?

I would certainly add a 5 to the 5ghz SSID to identify it.  You should be able to select the wifi channels manually but you only have a choice of 3 channels for both bands

Re: WiFi Dropping - Why?

How do I change channels?

I haven't split the network so why would I need to add a 5?

Re: WiFi Dropping - Why?

I would split the networks and on hh6 it will automatically add a 5 to the 5ghz channel

if you go to hub manager then wireless you should be able to change the channels there for both 2.4 & 5ghz networks - 3 choices for each band

maybe try wifi analyser on phone to see what networks are nearby and channels in use

Re: WiFi Dropping - Why?

I can't choose the channel anywhere when they're not split or split.

Like I said, changing the channels made no difference.
