All worked perfectly with Smart 5.
Upgraded smart hub from 5 to 6 two days ago....setup worked OK including the extender for one day.
Now 'No Internet' is indicated at the extender..................….can connect Wi Fi direct to router...but a low powered signal.
Have restarted and reset all items but cannot get the internet on the extender.

did you turn off smart setup in new hub
The link seems to cover hubs 1 to 5.
I have tried every way I can find to access 'Smart Setup' but have failed!
Its on the front page when you login to the hub manager, bottom middle.

are you connecting to hub with ethernet cable just enter 192.168.1.254 into browser not search engine and then admin password from hub
