Wifi Dropping on all devices

Hi All,

We live in a rural area and the speed is quite slow. (Around 1/2 Mb)

However, I've been having a few issues with the Wifi signal constantly disconnecting on all devices, e.g. wifi will disconnect and reconnect a number of times every minute. So it doesn't possible to be able to maintain a steady connection on any device. It has been like this for the last few months.

Do you know what would be causing this? Or would someone be able to test the line?

Welcome to this user forum.

Is it just wireless devices that are affected, or does the disconnect affect Ethernet connected devices?

Do the lights change colour on the home hub when you get the disconnects?

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
