Go back 4 months, both of my Swann Wifi cameras worked perfectly with basic BT broadband/Wifi. Router developed a fauly, new router sent. Since then have had continuous problems with connection. Have had FTTP and also been sold Complete Wifi by BT. Have had many visits from Home Tech Experts.
When BT remotely or the Home Tech chap connects his laptop, the cameras spring into action, in fact last week it recorded him leaving. However after a few minutes everything drops again.
