Wifi cameras not connecting

I have 2 wifi cameras that only use 2.4 ghz however they will not connect to my smart hub. Is there  any  way I can connect them

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

Turn off the 5Ghz wireless on the home hub.

Connect your cameras to 2,4GHz.

Turn 5GHz back on.
