Wifi speed and connection

I have my hub 5 and it's alright connection and speed but when someone connects to the Netfix the wifi goes really bad and things like online gaming becomes impossible. Any way I can prevent/fix this?

can you post stats from your hh5 troubleshooting then helpdesk

there is no way to allocate bandwidth to specific devices using a bt hub - need something like tplink 9970 at about £30

as I said go to toubleshooting in hub manager then helpdesk

but you cannot allocate bandwidth to a specific address to restrict usage when using a bt hub
