I’m experiencing the same issue with my Xbox last few days.
i don’t know if they have done an update with the hub maybe and that’s caused the problem
did you ever resolve this? my son is having the same issue but cant stay connected to ea servers (he can if he uses mobile phone as a hotspot but not via the hub.)
I ended up going back to my old homehub, which did resolve the issue.
so it was clearly the smart hub 2 which was the problem.
Thanks for getting back to me. I've been thinking the same. It's like there's some sort of glitch which no one seems to be able to explain.
