Xbox One finally working, set up to get Open Nat as per the advice on this and other threads.
But, as soon as I fire up the 360 it steals the Open nat from the xbox one. Only a a router reset will sort it.
Does anyone know if splitting the 2.4 and 5ghz network so that the 5ghz is 'exclusive' to the Xbox One would sort this out (i.e. the 360 wouldn't be able to steal the 5ghz channel as it doesn't connect with 5ghz networks)?
I tried this and it didn't work. I think the final bit on holding both triggers and bumpers is the problem, as when I do it the Xbox just goes bonkers - I guess the Xbox controls have been changed since the original reply in 2013.
i bought a homehub5 because my by network is so awful (2.5 me and constantly dropping out) and I was needing to do frequent connection diagnostics. I'm seriously considering going back to my NightHawk and just keep this DREADFUL home hub 5 in the box purely for when diagnostics are needed (Frequently!)
