That’s what Yale have told me. When I give them the serial number they should be able to see that it is online. At the moment it isn’t.
I must be looking at the manual for a different model, the armed status is the bottom LED on the manual I'm looking at. Which PRECISE model do you have.
Sorry that’s is correct. The manual I have is the one you’re using SR-310/320/330/340
the bottom Led is the only one on, which is red. No other LED is on

There is no mention of port forwarding in the manual, and unless the top LED is green it wouldn't do anything anyway. Can you try connecting to a different LAN port on the BT hub and if that doesn't work, try a different Ethernet cable. It should just plug in and work.
If you are unable to disarm the unit, it could be faulty as I wouldn't have thought it needed an internet connection in order to disarm it.
