Yet again BT discriminate against the deaf

This is a conversation I had with BT today after they failed to reply to my request to help when I raised an assue. I was given an incident number but despite this they never can back with a soultion. I sent a few reminders. In the end I went to live help.....useless! The conversation below. It is like talking to a brick wall with BT. All I wanted to do is upgrade bt broadband! Apparently you cannot order this package online????? You have to phone a number. Great unless you are deaf. More like discrmination!
