Hi
I have bt superfast broadband, the download speed is at the low end of accpetable (just over 40) but its in by acceptable range, howwever I keep getting a wifi drop out and unusually high ping readings which BT seem to ignore, Im told it should be low teens but it often 50plus. an independant speedchecker confirm the ping as too high. any ideas? guess it could be a faulty hub 5?

Latency will always be higher with a wireless connection
the norm i understand is 20 ish, ive been as hish as 90 and regularily at 50 plus, the hard wired connections are find, but wifi speeds and connection can be questionable, my question is the router starting to fail?
