browsing/streaming laptop content on TV

Hello everyone

I had a laptop (wireless) and TV (wire) connected to Hub 3. I could easily browse media library (video, pictures, music) from laptop on TV. It suddenly stopped after I got replacement Hub (the same model, Hub 3). It appears that my TV doesn't detect  any devices connected to network. I can browse pictures from my mobile on TV. All folders in the laptop are shared, therefore I don't know why I can't stream it like I used to. When I connected old Hub, no changes. Maybe something has been amended in network settings? Please help as I'd like to stream my media via dlna on my TV.

I've also recently signed a new contract, maybe it causes the problem?

Re: browsing/streaming laptop content on TV

Is it a type A or B Homhub 3?

There are a few threads that had the same problem and it would appear that Homehub 3 type A does not support DNLA and type B does support DNLA.

Re: browsing/streaming laptop content on TV

It's type A, but my previous also was Hub 3 type A and everything worked fine. I can't even now access a network map on my laptop to see what devices are connected to my network.
