Re: Slow speeds and unaccessable pages again

Same problem, totally unusable, got the BT Inifinity 2, package and its taking 5mins plus to load any page Smiley Frustrated

BT's speed test is not working get the following message

"We're sorry, something went wrong with our speedtest. We'll take you through four steps to get the most out of your broadband. "

Managed to get a speedtest done at broadband.co.uk/broadband-speed-test/ and got the following results

0.3Mb Download speed
0.27Mb upload
180ms ping time

Think I had better internet connections in the 1980's!

Can't access a lot of websites

We're unable to access a number of websites, and when we do, the click throughs just time out. Had the same yesterday.

Just trying to book online flights etc so holiday plans potentially going up in smoke unless this gets sorted.

Breadon, how right you are. Be better off with two baked bean tins connected together by a lump of wet string!

Re: Slow speeds and unaccessable pages again

Just for clarification I'm in the North East, County Durham. So it's not just affecting people down south.

Re: Can't access a lot of websites

I agree, same here, same as yesterday, pages load like treacle, lots of sites not loading at all.

Changed DNS still same.

Tried tethering from my EE4G and all sites are fine, not sure why i am staying with BT for 11MB fttc!! waste of money and line rental.

Re: Can't access a lot of websites

Same issues here - took me forever to just get into the forums.

http://www.wired.co.uk/article/bt-broadband-down-service-outage

BT report the problem has been resolved on their twitter account, but it's clealy not been resolved.
