Well, What can I say! The printer and photo frame arrived yesterday! Finally! hurray!
Not sure about the quality of it, but for a free printer you wouldn't expect a top of the range! Will keep my kids happy for a while!

1st time user on forums, so be gentle with me.
I too have had all sorts of problems dealing with bt customer service. As far as I am concerned it stinks. I have had promises made to me from people in both the UK & India. One guy today even offered to credit my account with £50. I just want the goods I am entitled to.
Just imagine if any of us treated bt in the same shoddy way - they would never deal with us again !
I responded to the e-mail link on the conformation message I received, but this came back with an out of office reply.
I spoke to someone in Newcastle - They assured me that all I needed to do was contact a website address. This did not exist. I am now waiting for a customer services manager to call me back. Do you think he will , I don't.
